Hi there! I’m Lori Mitchell, and I’m so excited to share my love for macrame with you. After years of teaching elementary school at Coventry Local Schools, I decided to turn my passion for crafting into something more. That’s how Knots and Whatknots was born—right here in Akron, OH!

I create all kinds of handmade macrame pieces that are both beautiful and functional. Whether you're looking to add some flair to your walls, find a unique plant holder, or even something a little unexpected like a ukulele holder (yes, really!), I've got you covered. From shelves and candle hangers to book holders and more, each item is crafted with love and care.
